Danushka Gunathilaka accused of assaulting a woman in Sydney: A woman had alleged that she was s….xually assaulted 4 times in her home at Sydney’s Rose Bay on 2nd November after going out for a date with Sri Lanka cricketer. Danushka Gunathilaka almost choked the woman during an alleged rape attempt.

The no-ball drama in India vs Pakistan: In a dramatic final over at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, India registered a famous win over Pakistan in a Super 12 contest of the T20 World Cup 2022 on 23rd October.  Last over bowled by Mohammad Nawaz had a lot of drama, wicket, six, no ball, free hit, Virat Kohli bowled off free hit, byes, and finally, Ravichandran Ashwin hit the winning run off the final ball. With India needied 13 off 3 balls, Nawaz bowled a waist high full toss which was hit for 6. Initially, the umpires did not call it a no ball but only did it after  Virat Kohli asked.

Rishabh Pant IPL 2022 No-Ball controversy: With 36 required off last over, Rovman Powell gave Delhi Capitals some hope after hitting first 3 balls for 6. However, 3rd  ball of the over, that also went for 6  was a waist high full toss which many in Delhi Capitals’ camp, including skipper Rishabh Pant reckoned was above waist high and therefore called a no-ball. The umpire’s termed it as a legitimate ball.
