Pioneer Woman: These 3 Ree Drummond Halloween Recipes Are Scary Easy

Oct. 31 is almost here and that means it’s time for Ree Drummond Halloween recipes. Fans of The Pioneer Woman can make some of the celebrity chef’s festive dishes that are sure to add a spooky (and delicious) element to any Halloween celebration whether that means watching Halloween movies or trick-or-treating. Whatever’s in store for Halloween Drummond’s got the menu covered. Best of all, her Pioneer Woman Halloween recipes are ready in 30 minutes or less.

1. Ree Drummond’s Candy Corn Popcorn Balls are a quick sweet and salty Halloween treat

Looking for an easy Halloween treat that’s ready in minutes? Look no further than these popcorn balls. With just a few ingredients including some kitchen staples, Drummond has a sweet and salty treat that’s worthy of any Halloween celebration.

According to Food Network’s recipe instructions, the Pioneer Woman’s Candy Corn Popcorn Balls take 25 minutes to make. She starts by making homemade popcorn combining peanut oil and popcorn kernels in a big pot on the stove. Once the popcorn’s ready Drummond sets it aside before tossing in candy corn and peanuts. Next, she melts marshmallows and butter and combines everything together. Finally, she shapes the popcorn into balls.

For those who want to make the recipe even quicker and easier simply substitute the homemade popcorn with storebought. Follow the rest of the instructions knowing that the one swap will have shaved off nearly half of the total cooking time. Talk about scary easy.

2. The Food Network star’s Concession Stand Crackers are a fun and easy way to use Halloween candy

Not sure what to do with all of that Halloween candy? Drummond has the answer. Make her Concession Stand Crackers. They’re a little sweet, a little salty, and loaded with festive-colored sprinkles and Halloween candy. Follow the Pioneer Woman recipe exactly or experiment with toppings using Halloween candy favorites or any leftovers.

Ready in 30 minutes — that includes setting time — the Food Network star starts by melting chocolate hazelnut spread (she suggests Nutella in the recipe notes). Then she dips saltine crackers in the spread before laying them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Next comes the fun part. The Super Easy cookbook author decorates the crackers with Halloween sprinkles and candy. Again, feel free to use whatever’s on hand or any Halloween candy favorites. Finally, the crackers sit for about 15 until they’re ready to eat. Yet again, another scary easy Pioneer Woman Halloween recipe.

3. ‘The Pioneer Woman’ host’s Bloody Punch is a delicious and spooky Halloween recipe

Halloween might be all about the candy but don’t forget about the beverages. Drummond’s Bloody Punch consists of five ingredients and it takes only 15 minutes to prepare. Basically, the Pioneer Woman pours everything in a punch bowl. For an added spooky touch, she fills a latex glove with the punch and puts it in the freezer. However, for those who want — or need — the punch in a hurry simply skip this step. The Bloody Punch will still be Halloween-ready without the frozen hand.
