Lucy Verasamy stuns in a sparkly ensemble for weather forecast

ITV weather presenter Lucy Verasamy, 40, has unveiled her new look in a beautiful snap, which she shared with her 140,000 Instagram followers. Explaining how her hair has transformed despite hair salons being closed due to the coronavirus lockdown, the meteorologist said “winter sun” has given her brunette locks some natural highlights.

Lucy posted a selfie focusing on her hair, which had been styled into waves.

The star captioned the stunning photo: “Winter sun is a highlight = (naturally) new hair.”

Lucy also shared a picture of herself walking her pet dog while wrapped up warm against the chilly conditions.

She displayed her sense of style in a vibrant blue coat, complete with a faux fur hood, while strolling through London.

The television personality accessorised with high-heeled boots and a cosy black hat.

Lucy previously sparked a frenzy amongst her fans as she posed for the camera in a figure-hugging festive dress.

The ITV favourite opted for an all-white, fitted dress, to get into the Christmas spirit last month.

The form-fitting ensemble, which featured feathered detailing, showcased her slender curves, as she took a selfie.

 

The weather forecaster kept her makeup light, wearing a smokey eye and a nude lip.

Lucy sported her dark tresses in a sleek hairstyle and added a hint of blush to her cheekbones.

She captioned the post: “Oh la la. Festive fluff.”

The picture gained over 14,000 likes, as fans flocked to comment on her glamorous outfit.

Lucy joined ITV in 2010 and has fronted their national weather forecasts since 2012.

She’s also part of the ITV racing team as a weather expert and is a regular on Good Morning Britain.

Lucy landed a new role as Phillip Schofield’s co-star for the new show How to Spend it Well on Holiday, which aired earlier this year.

Back in October last year, she also teamed up with co-stars Alex Beresford and Laura Tobin for a new digital series, Climate Crisis: Our Changing World.
