Television personality and model Vicky Pattison has had fans "crying" after sharing a series of hilarious before and after photos after a night out in London.

After featuring in nine series of Geordie Shore, Vicky left the show the end of 2014. She has since launched her own nutrition line Mini V, scored a best-selling book with her autobiography 'Nothing But The Truth', and has written a number of novels including 'My Sister's Wedding' and 'A Christmas Kiss'.

The star not only shares her glamorous lifestyle to her 5.4million fans on Instagram, but also shares funny and relatable videos for her followers to enjoy.

Vicky shared a carousel of snaps from a night out at Quaglino's restaurant in London to her feed and fans were left praising her "honesty".

On Instagram, the post read: "Keep Scrolling for some serious reality…Lastnight was AMAZING… but I am paying for it today. How have I never been to @quaglinos before??? It was sooooo much fun. The best night with the best company. I'm off to faceplant something greasy and cry about my life choices. Hope everyone has a great Saturday!"

The photographs featured Vicky posing in a stunning red Karren Millen dress, to enjoying drinks with her friends and fiancé Ercan Ramadan.

As the carousel continued, the reality star shared her luxurious Yves Saint Laurent clutch bag and matching perfume, but it was the last photograph that had her followers in stitches.

The 35 year old shared an image of herself looking slightly worse for wear after the night out – perhaps due to one too many cocktails.

One fan's comment read: "I actually love your posts!!! Realism at its best." A second fan said: "Hahahahaha I am crying at the morning after the night before! This is why I love you! Beautiful always."

To which, Vicky replied: "Babe, send lucozade."

The star is known for her honest and realistic approach to social media, sharing posts all about body confidence to empower women.

Last month, she shared an Instagram post all about 'tummies' which racked up over 100,000 likes from supportive fans.

The former Geordie Shore star was seen posing comfortably in swimwear, enjoying a slice of pizza, and she also shared a series of close-ups of her stomach.

Part of her post read: "So have the pizza, take the picture, let your hair down once in a while, champion all different tummies…but most of all stop wasting your life hating yourself. You and your body are amazing – just as they are!"
