Sam Thompson beams as he holds sister Louise’s adorable baby son Leo-Hunter

Sam Thompson was smiling from cheek to cheek holding his baby nephew Leo-Hunter in an adorable family photo.

The reality star held his sister Louise's cute new baby son under the caption of "cubs". The charming pic included a proud Sam, 29, in a casual vest and cap cradling the eight week old in a stylish striped baby grow.

Fans of the Made in Chelsea stars flooded the comments section to praise baby Leo-Hunter and Uncle Sam.

One fan was in awe of the new Thompson family member. They wrote: "He seriously is the one of the best looking babies I’ve seen! Model looks! Aww I hope things are feeling a little better for you now Louise."

One user agreed, declaring: "I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a beautiful baby, he is so perfect"

Another remarked on Sam's rather tense biceps, "I wonder how hard Sam is tensing those guns . Leo is so beautiful . I hope you're doing OK xx", they commented.

The photos come after Louise, 31, bravely shared her experiences with PTSD after giving birth to the baby she shares with fiancé Ryan Libbey.

Since Leo's birth the former reality star described how she’s suffered from “depressive panic episodes” lasting for hours or days on end after experiencing “serious complications” as he was born.

Louise recently wrote on Instagram: “60,000 thoughts passing through my head each day. If I can try and get 30,001 of them to be non anxious thoughts then I am sort of winning. Honestly I’ve never known anxiety like it. It feels inexplicable. But it’s not, and I’m starting to make sense of it.”

Following her posts about her post traumatic stress disorder, she thanked fans for their incoming love and support.

The new mum wrote: “I want to say a big thank you to everyone for the outpouring of love, your kind words, your cards, flowers, gifts and your super supportive/constructive messages… most of all I want to thank you for being so patient, sorry if I’m being slow."

The fitness influencer uses her Instagram page to candidly share her experiences as a new mum.

Following her praise to fans, the star has also reflected on motherhood and her mental health.

Louise revealed: “The days are moving strangely quickly and I can’t seem to get much done. Even thinking about that sends me into a bit of a panic. I don’t know whether I want to speed up the healing, or slow down the precious moments."
