Love Island star Millie Court has hit back at a troll who criticised her for posing in a bikini in a snow.
The reality star, 26, recently enjoyed a trip to Chamonix in the French Alps and shared a variety of photos from her holiday with her 1.9 million followers.
In one series of snaps, the star can be seen wearing a silver bikini underneath a white puffer jacket and snow boots as she poses with picturesque snow-topped mountains behind her.
However, the star revealed that a cruel follower had accused her of needing to “get her kit off to be famous”.
Addressing the mean comments, Millie wrote: "I was going through my comments on Instagram and some of you may not think that I do see what you write but I do.
"There are some people in this world who aren't as nice as others. I'm at an amazing ski place Chamonix in France and I love bikini pics.
"I take bikini pics as I would in Thailand, so I thought I would take one in Chamonix because we have a heated pool outside and a hot tub, so we went in it afterwards.
"But people felt the need to comment saying I need to get my kit off to get famous."
The star admitted that reading the messages can be “hurtful” and urged people to stop.
"Just being nasty and I think some people don't realise that I can see that," Millie continued.
"I think some people think I'm just an Instagram page and I'm just this TV personality because I went on one TV show that I'm not human and I don't have feelings.
"It does actually hurt me, it is quite hurtful when I read comments like that and maybe I don't have as thick a skin as I should but I've never been prepared for being in the life that I am, but I'm very very grateful for it.
"But some people aren't as thick skin as others, me being one of them and it's not nice.
"Me and Ryan are p***** off."
Millie's good pal Ryan told the "haters" that the vile comments are "rude", with Millie adding "it's her job" to share photos on social media.
She continued: "It's annoying because I'd say 10 per cent of my comments are negative, 90 per cent are very positive and I don't really want to give a shout out to the haters because this is what they want.
"So, I'm giving you what you want right now because normally I don't do these.
"But I felt the need to but may I say everyone who do comment lovely things, I see it, I love you and thank you so much, it does mean a lot.
"I say it is my job but I'm taking pictures of myself and when people write nice stuff, of course it's going to make me feel good about myself."
She added: "We all have insecure moments."
However, despite the mean messages, many of Millie followers praised her daring look.
Fellow Islander Chloe Burrows, who Millie lives with, simply wrote: "WOW" and followed it up with a second comment of "Oh wow x".
Her other close friend Lucinda Strafford wrote: “Wow I absolutely love this”.
While one follower joked: “Do you need a hot water bottle? Your legs must be freezing".
It comes after Millie celebrated her 26th birthday earlier this month, and teased a possible new romance following her split from her boyfriend Liam Reardon.
Sharing some snaps from the occasion, the birthday girl could be seen with some red roses, with eagle-eyed fans asking: "Who are those red roses from? X."
Millie responded with: “Wouldn’t you all like to know…”
