Corrie’s Sally Dynevor delights fans with unseen picture of famous daughter

Sally Dynevor has shared an adorable throwback photograph of her famous daughter Phoebe Dynevor to mark her 28th birthday.

The Coronation Street legend, 59, took to Instagram on Monday to share a tribute to actress Phoebe, who is famed for appearing in Netflix's hit series Bridgerton.

Mum of three Sally, who also shares daughter Hattie, 19, and son Samuel, 26, with husband Tim, 61, posted a snap of Phoebe as a baby, along with one of her with her siblings.

"Happy Birthday Phoebe. I can't believe our beautiful baby is now 28. We love you so much xxx," the soap star penned.

Sally, who has played Sally Metcalfe in Corrie for over 27 years, also included a stunning black and white snap of Phoebe smiling for the camera to mark her special day.

Sally's followers flocked to wish Phoebe well, with many fellow Coronation Street stars leaving comments under her post.

"Oh 28 happy birthday xx," Jane Danson wrote, while Sally Ann Matthews said: "Like it was yesterday. Where has the time gone?? Happy birthday Phoebe x".

Ellie leach added: "happy birthday phoebe," and Brooke Vincent said: "Happy Birthday Phoebe xxxxx".

Phoebe has followed in her famous mum's footsteps and carved out a successful career as an actress, having starred as Daphne in Bridgerton, as well as in shows such as Prisoners' Wives, Dickensian, Younger and Snatch.

Phoebe's younger sister Hattie, 19, is now set to follow in her older sister's footsteps and also launch an acting career.

She will reportedly be making her acting debut in the same show that helped launch her sister's acting career 14 years ago, with reports claiming Hattie is set to join the cast of BBC's Waterloo Road.

Phoebe joined the school drama in 2009 for its fifth season, where she portrayed troubled teen Siobhan Mailey.

Hattie is now allegedly set to join the hit show, with an insider claiming it was a "no-brainer" for BBC bosses to cast the aspiring actress.

A TV insider told The Sun: "Hattie bagging a part on Waterloo Road sees the Dynevors become a real acting dynasty.

"It is a no-brainer for the show and a shrewd move for her too. Not many fledgling stars would get a part on such a big drama so early in their career.

“But they’re confident she has the skills to do the job — after all the ability to perform runs in the family.”
