Chanelle Hayes has shared some incredible weight loss photos showing herself in the same joggers she wore when she went for her gastric sleeve surgery.
The ex Big Brother star dropped a whopping eight stone following the surgery, as she labelled the transformation "mind-blowing."
The 33-year-old opened up on Instagram and explained to fans about typically what she eats in a day after her surgery.
She captioned her post: "These are the joggers I wore the day I went in for my gastric sleeve surgery. I kept them to compare a year on and it is completely mind blowing for me to actually see the difference.
"I wanted to let people know what I eat in a day because I have so many DMs asking me. So here was today:
-2 eggs (scrambled) and chorizo
-2 chocolate cookies
-slice of roast pork, one roast potato, half a Yorkshire pudding, stuffing, gravy, broccoli and peas.
-a bit of Wensleydale cheese
"Before, I would have eaten all the above and so much more. But I feel satiated and full after such small amounts now I never feel like I’m missing out because that gnawing hunger of being on a diet isn’t there. I have noticed that a year on I can definitely eat more than a year ago but my level of restriction differs on a day to day basis."
"Anyway, I hope this has helped answer some of your questions. Let me know if there’s anything else I should post about that might help any of you guys xxx"
Fans rallied in support of Chanelle sharing the amazing photos.
One fan commented: "Can easily fit 3 of you in them keep it up your looking fantastic."
A second agreed: "You inspire me…well done."
A third gushed: "This is amazing Chanelle!! And you look fantastic"
Since embarking on her weight loss journey, Chanelle has become quite a body positivity figure for fans as the star often talks about acceptance and being comfortable in your own skin.
Chanelle decided to have gastric sleeve surgery in August 2020 which has resulted in her dropping from a size 18, to a 8-10 since then.
The procedure will decrease the capacity of the stomach in order to help those with it to achieve long term weight loss.
The mum-of-two said having the procedure was 'the best thing ever' as it has allowed her to drop the weight, and spend quality time with her kids in a way she previously couldn't.
