The conservative TV personality lands in hot water after she makes use of her Twitter account to call out women who lie by calling the ‘Truth Hurts’ singer beautiful despite her size.
AceShowbiz –Candace Owens apparently doesn’t think that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The conservative TV personality made use of her Twitter account to call out women who lied by praising Lizzo‘s looks.
“If you peep comments on any of Lizzo’s ‘fat acceptance’ photos, you will undoubtedly find a score of bats**t insane women telling her she looks beautiful,” Candace wrote on the blue bird app of the “About Damn Time” hitmaker. “Men do not lie to other men in this way. They do not pretend that clinically obesity is beauty.”
In response to Candance’s tweet, some fans quickly blasted the “Blackout: How Black America Can Make Its Second Escape from the Democrat Plantation” author. “But Lizzo is gorgeous and looks better than Candace! Sheesh i just want people to be quiet sometimes!” one fan noted in an Instagram comment.
“Wtf is wrong with this nut job! If you refrain from focusing on her body, Lizzie is a beautiful woman hands down. Just because you don’t agree with her size says more about you as a woman than anything else. All she does is find different ways to attack someone every other damn day. I feel sorry for her kid because her mom is a disgusting example of a human being,” someone else said.
Another supporter of Lizzo wrote, “No one aint say she aint fat. Shiiiiid she says she fat, we said she beautiful. Unlike you @realcandaceowens , Lizzo can lose weight, but your face will stay the same. The fact that no one else is calling you beautiful does not give you the right to try to degrade someone who is obviously very easy on the eyes. … Please do us all a favor and stay in ya cave and leave the rest of humanity alone. You cannot play in the sandbox with the rest of us, until you learn to play nice. Smh.”
Prior to this, Candance used Lizzo to defend Kanye West amid his “White Lives Matter” T-shirt controversy. “You know what we should’ve done, we should’ve put a ‘White Lives Matter’ T-shirt on Lizzo,” Candace said back in October. “Maybe we could have gotten a lot of attention about obesity and how it’s actually killing black Americans.”
“There is a deep irony and a sad irony when you consider that wearing a T-shirt has led such a tremor throughout the world,” she added at the time. “A T-shirt that says ‘White Lives Matters,’ which should be implied, right. White lives matter, black lives matter, Asian lives matter – it should be implied, yet people are angry and they are being vicious online because they can’t believe that we have the audacity to detract from the movement which is a lie: ‘Black Lives Matter’.”
