Amber Davies has opened up on how she is feeling at the moment, revealing she a lot felt worse at the beginning of the third lockdown back in December.

The Love Island star, who recently addressed her surprising connection to Bridgerton star Luke Newton, spoke out on her Instagram story with her 1.5 million followers after one of her fans asked: "How are you?" during a Q&A.

While Amber found the beginning of lockdown to be a lot harder at home, she said she decided to turn it all around by focusing on getting her motivation back on track.

"I feel good atm… I had a mini-breakdown [at the] beginning of lockdown 3 so I had to recharge and focus," she shared alongside a selfie of herself in the car.

Amber added: "But those moments are so normal, the pressure of the new year got to me so I just turned all my emotion into hunger and motivation and it actually helped me!"

Amber also addressed when she could see herself starting a family of her own with her partner Nick Kyriacou.

After one of her followers asked: "What age do you want children x," Amber replied: "I have a lil plan (I know ideal plans never usually end up happening.)

"But I'd like to get married before 30 and kids anytime after 30!"

The West End star added that she's happy being a dog mum for the moment as she added: "Kids after 30 because I genuinely don't feel responsible enough to look after a child yet, I'm at my best with Oreo."

Amber recently opened up on her first relationship in three years with Nick, admitting it has been the "perfect time" for both of them.

She added on Instagram: "It’s so lovely to love and be loved."

It appears Amber is confident Nick is a keeper since they opened up on their romance for the first time back in September.

While the singer was previously tight-lipped on how they came into each other's lives, Amber has answered the question on her story before now.

"A mutual friend," she coyly said with a cheeky face emoji after being quizzed by a fan.

Amber and Nick recently enjoyed two romantic trips to Dubai and a getaway to the countryside in Oxfordshire together.

Before sharing the details of their stay in a treehouse retreat in the country, the loved-up couple flew to Dubai to stay in the same hotel as TOWIE's Jess Wright, the FIVE Jumeirah Village.
