Celebrity Big Brother has only just kicked off and fans have already got a glimpse of some X-rated action.
After what appeared to be a boozy start to the latest series of CBB, Human Ken Doll Rodrigo Alves jumped into the hot tub with US reality star Natalie Nunn and model Chloe Ayling.
Before stripping off, Rodrigo – best known for his £500,000 worth of plastic surgery – gave his "lunch box" a rub.
"I’m coming," he tells Natalie, who decided to stay fully clothed.
In scenes that will air on Friday night, first he lifts up his shirt to reveal his surgically enhanced abs, before telling Natalie that he needs to fix his "package".
Rodrigo is no stranger to showing off his body after forking out tens of thousands of pounds to transform it.
In January this year he appeared on ITV’s This Morning, where he spoke to Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby about surgery he had undergone to have four of his ribs removed.
He revealed he had visited three different doctors – two in Europe and one in America – because he had wanted to have a total of six ribs removed, but was only able to have four removed in the end.
Explaining why he had the surgery, he said: "Thanks to plastic surgery, today I am able to express myself through fashion, right?
"All my blazers, they have to be altered because my size is 36 for shoulders but then because my around here (gestures to his waist area) was a little bit bigger, I had to always have a bigger blazer and get it altered. After this procedure I can wear a 36 blazer and do it up perfectly".

During the interview, the camera panned to the four removed ribs which were on a table in the studio in a jar.
Rodrigo has spoken extensively about the various procedures he has had, which include botox, fillers, nose jobs, an eye and neck lift, calf shaping, a chin implant, a fake six-pack and facelifts.
In August 2017, he told Loose Women he had undergone his first procedure aged 17. He said as part of puberty he had developed "boobs" and was being bullied at school because of the physical development, so had surgery to remove them.
He appeared on All 4’s series titled Make Me A Famous Face in 2016, which documented "super fanatics who will stop at nothing to reach celebrity-like perfection", the synopsis said.
