“Prepare,” says Netflix, “for a new side of Schumer.” The streaming service has released the trailer for Amy Schumer’s upcoming comedy special, Amy Schumer Growing, which premieres March 19.
The trailer teases some of the topics the comedian will tackle in the special, most notably her marriage and pregnancy. It looks like Schumer won’t be shying away from discussing her pregnancy complications, which recently forced her to cancel her comedy tour: “If you had a good pregnancy, like if you’re someone who enjoyed being pregnant, I just hope your car flips over,” she quips.
Growing is Schumer’s second comedy special for Netflix, after 2017’s The Leather Special. The comedian announced she was expecting her first child with husband Chris Fischer in October.
