Khloe Kardashian flashed her middle finger in a mini-photoshoot, after ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson allegedly welcomed his third child.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star’s on-off relationship with the Sacremento Kings player, 30, was thrown back into the spotlight amid claims that he fathered a child with personal trainer Maralee Nichols, 31.
But, after it was revealed that the pair haven’t been together for a while, the 37-year-old appeared to make her feelings known on the drama.
Taking to Instagram after hitting the People’s Choice Awards with sister Kim Kardashian and mum Kris Jenner on Tuesday, she shared snaps of her mirror-ball style dress with fans.
In one snap, she could be posing on her sibling’s staircase in the embellished silver dress, and Perspex heels.
The mum-of-one seemed to be having a whale of a time in the pictures, as she stuck her middle finger up towards the camera.
Giving no clue as to who that middle finger was reserved for, she simply wrote beside the upload: ‘The People’s Choice’, with two heart emoji.
The ceremony marked the first time Khloe stepped out in public since reports claimed that Tristan welcomed a third child.
The NBA star already shares three-year-old daughter True with the Good American designer, and is father to four-year-old son Prince from a previous relationship with Jordan Craig.
He is being sued for child support by Maralee, who alleged that the baby was conceived during his 30th birthday celebrations in March.
In court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, the athlete said in a declaration that he had sexual intercourse with the personal trainer multiple times at a hotel after they attended a party together.
While she alleged that they had an affair that lasted at least five months, the former Cleveland Cavaliers player disputed this, saying they were only intimate that one night and the next morning.
Maralee is suing for child support as well as reimbursement of medical expenses and pregnancy-related costs, and is also thought to be requesting that he pays for costs of the child, including newborn clothing, formula, and nappies.
According to the paperwork, Tristan has not expressly denied that he could be the baby’s father, although he is insisting on a paternity test once the child is born.
It was claimed that Khloe was left ‘upset’ over the news as they were ‘still together’ at the time.
However, sources have told Metro.co.uk that this is not the case as the two haven’t been dating in a while, and are focused on co-parenting their daughter.
