Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Spent Thanksgiving Weekend Together

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck spent the long holiday weekend together.

The couple enjoyed some quality time in L.A. amid their brief long distance period this weekend. For Thanksgiving, Lopez flew back to her new home town after wrapping production on her upcoming film The Mother in Smithers, Canada. She then celebrated the holiday with Affleck and her twins, Max and Emme, 13, per People. Affleck also made time to spend with his three children, Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12, and son Samuel, 9.

“Jennifer flew back to L.A. from Vancouver to celebrate Thanksgiving with her kids and Ben,” a source told the outlet.

The source also said that, though the last few weeks have been “intense” for Lopez, she and Affleck are still going strong. “They are doing really well. Jennifer loves being with Ben. She feels it’s truly meant to be.”

Lopez and Affleck were spotted looking close as ever outside of an LA music studio Friday. In the pics, which you can see here, the couple held hands while walking inside the building. The “Get Right” singer wore a cropped black sweater with high-waisted gray denim pants, and carried a black Birkin with gold hardware. The actor donned a dark gray jacket over a red Dickens t-shirt and khaki pants.

They exchanged even more PDA on a romantic dinner date at Spago in Beverly Hills Saturday night. In the pics, Affleck wraps his arms around Lopez as they wait for their car, with the “Waiting for Tonight” singer resting her head on his chest. For the date, she wore an ankle-length beige coat, tied with a matching belt, with red stiletto sandals and a silver envelope bag.

The Hustlers actor has had a jam-packed schedule this fall. An insider told E! News last month that she and the Good Will Hunting actor have stayed connected, and were making sure to see each other “every few days.” The break also comes a week after Lopez’s performance at the American Music Awards, where she sang the original song “On My Way” from her upcoming film Marry Me.

“It’s been hard for her to be away from her kids and Ben,” a source told People. “She is very much looking forward to a short break.”

Bennifer 2.0 already has plans to spend the upcoming holidays together, according to Entertainment Weekly. “They plan on spending the holidays together with the kids and also taking some solo trips,” a source told the outlet in September. “They want to be together all of the time, so their next big things are Thanksgiving and Christmas with all the kids. There is a lot to coordinate, so they are figuring it out.”
