Abbey Clancy and Peter Crouch
Model Abbey, 37, and former footballer Peter, 42, first tied the knot at the Stapleford Park hotel in Leicestershire in June 2011, two years after announcing their engagement.
The couple had already welcomed their daughter Sophia Ruby, now 11, in March 2011 and since their wedding have had three more children – Liberty, seven, Johnny, four, and Jack, three.
After growing their family and spending 11 years married to one another, Abbey and Peter decided to renew their wedding vows in an intimate ceremony on December 17.
The couple had planned to host the ceremony to mark their 10th wedding anniversary in 2021, but were forced to delay their destination plans until a year later due to Covid.
And they finally tied the knot for a second time in front of their four children, Abbey’s mother Karen and friends on a private island at the Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort in December.

Taking to Instagram to share a glimpse at their special day, Abbey looked stunning in a stunning sheer vintage lace dress and veil made by her dressmaker friend Silvia.
Peter gushed that he got ‘butterflies’ when he saw his wife walk down the aisle to renew their commitment.
‘We started as a young couple together, and now here we are with our four kids walking us down the aisle. I feel like the luckiest person on earth,’ Abbey told Hello! Magazine.
‘We were going to renew our vows on our ten-year anniversary, but with lockdown, we couldn’t do it… Pete’s quite romantic at heart; he has definitely earned himself brownie points for the next few years.’
Peter gushed: ‘Abbey looked incredible, and even after 11 years, I still got butterflies when she walked down the aisle, it was a stunning island, but Ab stole the show – I’m a lucky man.’
In echoes to their wedding, Abbey and Pete renewed their vows under an arch of white roses before the party tucked into a traditional Maldivian starters, which was followed by a surf-and-turf main course.
All four of their kids were present for the ceremony, with the couple revealing their children ‘loved’ jetting off to the remote island, and danced all night and rolled around in the sand.
Abbey said while it is hard raising four children, she feels so ‘lucky to still be in love after all these years’.
The Liverpool beauty added: ‘The Maldives is a magical place, so to renew our vows there was perfect. It still feels like a dream.’

Peter and Abbey began dating in 2006, but briefly split during the European cup with the footballer releasing a statement at the time.
The statement said: ‘Whilst I do not ordinarily comment upon matters relating to my private life, I have read with dismay various recently articles and reports about my ‘relationship’ with Abbey Clancy.
‘In light of this, I wish to make the situation absolutely clear: Abbey and I were in the very early stages of a relationship which, for a number of reasons, I decided a few weeks ago to end, and I accordingly informed Abbey of my decision.’
But it wasn’t long before they were back together, with the couple now parents to four children together.

Family: Their daughters Alaia, nine and Valentina, five, were bridesmaids for the ceremony while their 21-month-old son Blake was dressed in a mini tuxedo as their best man
Rochelle revealed that it was their little ones who had ‘spurred’ them to reaffirm their vows, since they had been asking why they weren’t at their 2012 ceremony.
Their daughters Alaia, nine and Valentina, five, were bridesmaids for the ceremony while their son Blake, 21 months, was dressed in a mini tuxedo as their best man.
To mark their 10 year anniversary, the couple were joined by 75 of their close friends and family.
Rochelle told Hello!: ‘The girls have watched the video and seen photographs from our wedding day and Alaia, in particular, kept asking: “Why wasn’t I there?” She wanted to know, “Where was I? In your tummy?”
‘She wasn’t letting it drop and that kind of spurred us on because we’d always said this was something we wanted to do.’
The Up hitmaker added that they had used the day to appreciate their time together over the last decade, saying: ‘Life goes by so fast, it’s easy to forget to be present.
‘This day has been a chance for us to take in what we’ve achieved in ten years and go: “Wow, we did this!”‘
Marvin said that his wife had ‘looked so incredible’ on the day that she ‘took his breath away all over again’.
Reflecting on the celebratory day, the Capital radio DJ said that standing by his wife and children, who he described as his ‘world’, was a ‘moment I’ll never forget’.

The DJ then popped the question by proposing on the Caribbean island of Antigua on New Year’s Eve in 2011.

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi

It has been 15 years since they first tied the knot at their home in Los Angeles back in 2008.
Portia sweetly wore her original wedding gown from when she first walked down the aisle, while Ellen sported a blue jacket and khaki trousers with grey trainers.
Ellen was surprised with the star-studded renewal ceremony, thinking she was attending Portia’s birthday celebration when her wife then emerged in her wedding dress.
Ellen shared a video of the special day to her Instagram, describing her wife as the ‘greatest gift to me’.

‘Portia surprised me at her birthday party by renewing our vows,’ she penned in the gushing post.
‘Thank you @KrisJenner for officiating and @BrandiCarlile for performing, and Portia for being the greatest gift to me, even on your birthday.
‘You can watch the whole video on my YouTube.’
In the video, Portia is seen walking through a sea of people in the wedding gown until she comes in front of Ellen, who looks completely gobsmacked at the surprise.
At one point, Ellen and Portia were seen holding hands as they gazed lovingly into each other’s eyes. They were also each holding long-stemmed white flowers.
Momager Kris, who is close pals with Ellen, served as officiant and read from a piece of paper as she oversaw the ceremony. She wore a white coat and black leather slacks for the occasion.
Speaking in a video posted to Ellen’s YouTube channel on Thursday Kris said: ‘These two were born for each other, and Corey [Gamble] and I have spent so much time with them as their friends, neighbors, cocktail buddies and late-night chat sessions.
‘These two are couple goals who continue to amaze me with how cute they are together. A match made in heaven. Two peas in a pod. Their love and commitment to one another is amazing and it makes me so happy that they each have each other to love and cherish and grow old with.’
The Kardashians star then invited Portia to say a few words who explained that she wanted to make her milestone birthday ‘special’ with the ceremony and noted that her wife is the ‘most important thing’ in the world to her.
She said: ‘When I was thinking about what would make my birthday special, apart from being with family and friends, it was reminding you that you are the most important thing in the world to me. In front of family and friends.
‘I was thinking about my life, my accomplishments, as you do when you have a big birthday, and it all just kept leading back to you and I thought what greater accomplishment can I ever, ever, ever have than being loved by someone, who is so magnificent, by someone who is as incredible as you.
‘I’m just so excited for the future where we just get to do whatever the hell we want for the rest of our lives. How lucky I am to be with somebody who accepts me for exactly who I am, who loves me for exactly who I am. It’s you, thingy, it always has been. I will always love you. I am so honored to be your wife.’

The actress, 40, and the singer, 41, celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary in October and both took to Instagram to mark the occasion.
Jessica shared a slew of snaps of her and Justin together, including one from the vow renewal, where she wore a voluminous white dress adorned with a black bow.
Justin pulled a funny face in a cream linen suit, while Jessica threw a peace sign, and captioned the shot: ‘From our vow renewal this summer – in Italy where it all went down’.

Justin and Jessica first went public with their relationship in 2007 and became engaged in 2011, before marrying the following year.
They started dating after Jessica ended things for the last time with Chris Evans and Justin’s relationship with Cameron Diaz came to an end.
In 2019, Justin issued a public apology to Jessica, almost two weeks after he was caught holding hands with actress Alisha Wainwright.
The incident happened on November 21, when Justin was spotted getting close with Alisha on the balcony at The Absinthe House on Bourbon Street in New Orleans.
Approaching midnight, Justin was seen reaching over and clutching the arm of the stunning actress, before she tenderly rested her hand on his right knee.
He seemed to place his arm around Alisha, 30, in a video shot around the same time. The pair then gripped each other’s hands tightly as they sat chatting and drinking.
He was not wearing his wedding ring in the photos as he hung out with Alisha and blamed alcohol for his ‘lapse in judgement’ while on a night out in New Orleans, but insisted ‘nothing happened’ with his Palmer co-star.
Martine McCutcheon and Jack McManus
Love Actually star Martine and her husband Jack have been married for 10 years and marked the occasion by renewing their vows in September 2022.
The couple, who have been together for a total of 15 years, had a very private ceremony, with just their son Rafferty, seven, in attendance.

They celebrated at the five-star Beaverbrook Hotel in Surrey, 10 years after Martine and Jack got married in Lake Como, Italy.
In October, Martine reflected on the ‘ups and downs’ of her marriage to Jack, admitting they ‘don’t have the perfect relationship by any means’.
She told The Sun of her relationship: ‘Both Jack and I have always been honest we don’t have the perfect relationship by any means.
‘We’ve had our ups and downs, like everybody. We’ve had our challenges, but I think ultimately we’re each other’s best friend.
‘When life gets tricky and isn’t always as fabulous it’s good you can have somebody you can talk too and confide in and be all of yourself with, and you know that’s a safe space and they’ve got your back.’
Beyonce and Jay Z
Power couple Beyonce and Jay Z decided to host a vow renewal ceremony back in 2018, ten years after they first tied the knot in April 2008.

For the ceremony, Beyonce was a vision in a form fitting long sleeve white off-the-shoulder gown with an enormous sheer veil.
The Galia Lahav gown reportedly cost the Grammy winner $10,300, according to TMZ.

The designer later confirmed that Beyoncé wore the label’s Thelma wedding gown for a ‘vow renewal,’ reported People.

‘You get desperate, and you start seeing wonderful things in, like, the wrong guys. I also found some pretty good guys.
‘But I wish I could say to myself: “Hey, chill out. You’re going to get a great husband that’s going to adore you,”‘ she added: ‘I would have saved myself a lot of personal drama.’

‘We can definitely say that we don’t know who we would be without each other in our lives,’ she added.
‘We know each other inside out and I couldn’t imagine being with someone who I felt like I had to put a full face of make-up on for every day, or behave a certain way for.
