EMILY PRESCOTT: As she is spotted getting cosy with him at Soho hotel… Has TV’s Paddy McGuinness enjoyed his very own ‘Take Me Out’ moment with Kirsty Gallacher?
It was only two weeks ago that TV presenter Kirsty Gallacher told me she ‘would love something gorgeous and romantic to occur’ – so has her wish come true already?
I only ask because my spies spotted the 47-year-old getting rather cosy with former Take Me Out host Paddy McGuinness at the Ham Yard Hotel in Soho, Central London.
One onlooker says of the pair: ‘They were sitting together, laughing together and looking cosy.
‘If you walked past them you would most certainly think they were on a date.
‘They definitely looked like they would make a lovely couple.’

The news comes hot on the heels of Kirsty announcing that she was putting herself back in the dating game. And Paddy, 49, would mark a new type of man for the presenter who seems to have a thing for rugby players.
She divorced ex-England star Paul Sampson in 2015, and a year later was rumoured to be dating fly-half Danny Cipriani, before he reportedly ditched her because of their 12-year age gap.
However, it seems that old habits die hard for Paddy, as Ham Yard appears to be a favourite for him when it comes to the ladies.
In 2018, he was photographed leaving the hotel hand-in-hand with All Saints singer Nicole Appleton, despite being married to model wife Christine at the time. Paddy and Christine confirmed their split last year, saying in a statement that they ‘still have a great relationship’.
Kirsty declined to comment on the dating rumours and friends played down the meeting, saying that she and Paddy are ‘old friends and old work colleagues’ and that they ‘try to catch up whenever he is in London’.

A spokesman for Paddy didn’t respond to requests for comment.
Last week, Channel 4 announced that Paddy will host Tempting Fortune, a new big-budget game show set in South Africa.
The news comes a fortnight after two of his BBC programmes – Catchpoint and I Can See Your Voice – were axed by the Corporation.
Viewing figures for Question of Sport, which he took over in 2021, have reportedly fallen to 730,000.
