Colin’s nuptials mark the third time he has got married, after previously wedding his first wife Eimear Wilson in 1990 and his second wife Gaynor Knowles in 2008.
Colin and Elmear were together for 16 years before divorcing in 2006, meanwhile he was married to Gaynor until 2017.
The couple finalised their divorce after reaching an out-of-court settlement.
News of the deal came after a senior law lord heard allegations surrounding the sports star’s private life at the Court of Session, in Parliament House, Edinburgh.
Colin, who is thought to have a £40million fortune, split from second wife in 2015 following allegations about his private life.
The divorce was granted on the basis that the couple had not lived together for 12 months.
The deal, which was drawn up after Colin, was caught cheating, allegedly committed him to paying for the upkeep of Gaynor’s £2million Perthshire home.
Colin believed the deal was not fair or reasonable and was suing Gaynor for £5million and demanding payments from her of £6,500 per month.

Court papers lodged by Colin’s legal team claimed Gaynor placed him under pressure to enter into the post-nuptial agreement so their marriage could continue.
The papers said Gaynor had discovered her husband had been having an extramarital relationship. She inherited the property when her first husband, businessman George Knowles, died.
Her lawyers claimed the golfer wanted to make changes to the property when he moved in.

Gaynor was said to have agreed to transfer the house to their joint names on condition that if they separated he would transfer the title back.
It was also said he agreed to take on all reasonable costs for the house for the rest of her life.
Mother-of-four Gaynor counter-sued Montgomerie for £5mand £10,000 a month. The case was ultimately settled out of court.
Colin who captained Europe to a memorable Ryder Cup victory in 2010, married Gaynor in 2008 in a lavish £1.2million ceremony at Loch Lomond Golf Club.
Colin has won a record eight European Tour Order of Merit titles, including a streak of seven consecutively from 1993 to 1999.
