George Michael's will has been revealed after almost three years of legal wrangling and it contains plenty of surprises.
Andrew Ridgeley, who stood shoulder-to-shoulder with George as Wham! grew to global fame, is the biggest name to have been snubbed.
George's exes were also given nothing, though Fadi Fawaz is still incumbent in the mansion that they shared as he refuses to leave despite protestations from the late singer's family.
George was found dead at his home in Goring-upon-Thames, Oxfordshire, on Christmas Day 2016.
There 11 beneficiaries of the singer's fortune and here is who will get a share;
Melanie Panayiotou – younger sister
As well as being George's younger sister, Melanie, 55, was also his hair and make-up artist throughout the height of his fame.
Naturally, they were very close and she still lives in one of George's homes.
As George became more reclusive in his later years, Melanie still saw him regularly and was a close confidante of the singer.
She organised the funeral alongside their sister Yioda and ensured George was buried alongside their late mother.
Yioda Panayiotou – elder sister
Older sister Yioda, 57, became closer to her two siblings after their mother died and helped guide George after the death affected his wellbeing.
She spent time with George at his homes, especially in Oxford and London.
She was named one of the executors and trustees of the will after devoting her life to George and never marrying.
Unmarried Yioda became one of the few people the singer continued to trust as he became ravaged by booze and substance abuse.
Yioda has control over almost all of his fortune.
Kyriacos Panayiotou – father
George's 80-year-old Greek Cypriot father is a restaurateur who moved to London in the 1950s.
He changed his name to Jack Panos and was a stern driver of George towards the limelight.
Despite the uncompromising stance taken by his father, George was always full of respect as he followed the path that he set him upon.
George bought him a horseracing stud farm in Hertfordshire and this was bequeathed to him in the will.
Shirlie Kemp – friend/bandmate
Singer Shirlie, 57, was one of George's backing singers in Wham! alongside Pepsi, who was overlooked.
George introduced her to Spandau Ballet's Martin Kemp, who she later married.
She remained good friends with George, and lived a short distance from his home.
George later became godfather to her son Roman Kemp, who is now breakfast show host on Capital FM.
Kay Beckenham – model
It was as much a surprise to underwear model Kay, 54, that she had been included on the list, as it was those that had been left out.
They became close in the late Eighties and early Nineties as the stormed the capital's party scene.
Connie Filippello – publicist
Connie was a fiercely loyal publicist who was known as being a little eccentric but was always by George's side, especially when the late singer started straying across the line of the law, when he was caught under the influence of drugs after crashing his car into a branch of Snappy Snaps.
David Austin – best friend
Record producer David Austen, 56, has been described as George's best friend and was one of the few that visited him regularly as the singer retired from public life.
It is thought that he still holds a back catalogue of unreleased tracks that could potentially be worth millions, though he has so far decided to keep them private.
Alex Georgiou – cousin
Keeping it in the family seemed to be George's mantra, even if 50-year-old Alex was a more distant relative than 'cousin' may hint at.
They grew up together and for a time during the height of George's fame, Alex worked as his personal assistant and driver.
He was not afraid to stand up to George and often urged him to address his drug use.
The Mill Trust – charity
The Mill Trust is a charity set up by George to manage his donations, with control of it handed to Yioda after the singer's death.
Focusing mainly on giving to the elderly and homeless, the charity also made donations to Childline and Cancer Research.
Michelle May – former PA
Michelle was a former personal assistant to George and she continues to promote the charitable causes that are championed by his trust.
Sonia Bird – family friend
The biggest surprise on the list as many of George's friends claim they know nothing of Sonia, who is thought to be a long-term friend of the family.
