When the Spice Girls announced their reunion Victoria Beckham wished them luck but insisted she wouldn’t join them on stage.
But now Mel B has insisted that Posh Spice will reunite with the band at an extra London date.
When asked on Heart radio what it’s like performing without their fifth member, Mel C admitted: "I think it is tough because obviously she’s a huge part of the band."
And Mel B jumped in: "She’s joining us at Wembley on June 14th!"
The girls are scheduled to play the stadium in west London on June 15th so Scary Spice may have let an extra date slipped.
But a representative has confirmed that Victoria’s statement about the reunion stands – she wishes them well but has no plans to belt out songs again.
Geri added: "She’s very excited for us and it’s going to be strange."
Meanwhile, Geri also revealed that the girls haven’t changed and old problems for the band could resurface.
"I would even say on a yearly basis we’ll definitely get back together," Mel B said.
Adding: "We’ll do a world tour as far as I’m concerned."
The other girls denied plans to add extra dates but Mel B blasted: "Liar, liar pants on fire."
Geri added that the length on the tour is dependent on Mel B’s behaviour.
"Let’s see if Mel B behaves herself and then we’ll see," she warned.
Meanwhile, Jamie Theakston asked: "Which Spice Girl needs the money the most?"
Mel B jumped straight in: “Me cos I’m divorced!”
Later she added: “I actually don’t need the money I’m actually quite rich, I just really love these girls.”
The Spice Girls are dusting off their platform trainers for a stadium tour next year.
But behind the sequins Mel B, Mel C, Emma Bunton and Geri Horner may be harbouring some reservations about getting back in close quarters.
The band last went on tour in 2007 – performing in America and the UK before the tour was cut short in February 2008.
They cancelled gigs in Sydney, Beijing, Cape Town and Buenos Aires.
The girls blamed "family and personal commitments" for the sudden change of plan.
But it’s thought that even before the shows started there were problems – because of the girls’ separate egos.
Spice Girls reunion tour
"I wasn’t in a very good space with my marriage and I didn’t feel I could go on any more, living in this fake world," Mel B said earlier this week.
"It was my fault, so I was determined to get us back together and I’m still determined it will be five at one point."
Victoria and Mel B have always had an uneasy realtionship.
It’s believed the two women had a big falling out during the Spice Girls’ last comeback tour in 2007.
Afterwards, it’s thought they didn’t speak for at least two years.
Then Victoria made it clear she didn’t want to perform with the girls again.
"I enjoy what I’m doing now so much more," she said at the time as she started to concentrate on fashion.
"Being in the Spice Girls was fantastic, but I was never going to be the best singer and it wasn’t my passion."
Mel B said yesterday: "It’s just the four of us, but she might join us at some point. I hope so. I think it would be a shame if she didn’t.
"She’s got a full-on life with her commitments and the fashion line and her kids, so she’s not committing just yet."
