Supporting the bride will be her grandparents, the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh, along with her parents Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson.
How to watch the royal wedding as Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank tie the knot
Her older sister Princess Beatrice is due to be maid-of-honour, while her cousin Prince William’s children Prince George and Princess Charlotte are tipped to be a page boy and flower girl.
The Duke of Cambridge and wife Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge along with newlyweds Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex will be taking their place in the pews.
Meanwhile, her uncle Prince Charles will be attending solo as his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall has a prior charity engagement.
Her aunt Anne, Princess Royal and Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex and his wife Sophie, Countess of Wessex are also on the guest list.
However, with Eugenie being a regular on the London society scene for years, a host of her famous acquaintances and friends are expected among the 850 person guestlist.
Ellie Goulding and fiance Caspar Jopling have been invited, as the singer is a long-time friend of the young royals.
She performed at William and Kate’s 2011 wedding, was briefly romantically linked to Harry and has been pals with Eugenie for years.
They’ve been pictured partying together in London, including the Serpentine Gallery’s annual summer party and enjoyed a double date with their respective fiances at a New York Knicks basketball game last year.
David and Victoria Beckham may make it a hat trick of royal weddings after previously attending Princes William and Harry’s respective nuptials.
Last year, Eugenie attended their daughter Harper’s sixth birthday party at Buckingham Palace.
The retired footballer shared a photo of the royal with his daughter, writing: "Lucky Harper meeting a real life princess at the Palace."
Meanwhile, George Clooney and his wife Amal are expected to bring some Hollywood glamour, along with their friends Rande Gerber and supermodel Cindy Crawford.
George and Rande founded Casamigos Tequila, where Jack works as a brand ambassador.
One celebrity couple will be having more involvement in the wedding if reports are to be believed.
Robbie Williams and his X Factor co-star wife Ayda Field’s eldest daughter Theodora, five, is tipped to be a flower girl.
The former Take That star will be good company with fellow singers James Blunt and Ed Sheeran also expected to attend.
James and his wife Sofia Wellesley are long-time friends of Eugenie, while Ed had to deny claims he was accidentally injured by the bride’s sister Beatrice with a ceremonial sword at a showbiz party in 2016.
In addition to Cindy, the modelling world will be well represented at the festivities with Karlie Kloss, Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell rumoured to have RSVP’d.
Kate is close pals with mother-of-the-bride Sarah, while Naomi regularly attended charity events with the York sisters.
American supermodel Karlie is so close to Eugenie’s sister Beatrice, the royal was one of the first to know when she accepted fiance Joshua Kushner’s proposal in July.
Eugenie is also pally with Cara Delevingne , with the pair often photographed hitting the London clubs together.
The model-turned-actress was among the coveted few at Eugenie’s 25th birthday party at her father’s royal residence three years ago.
It’s just as well Prince Harry is on good terms with his exes, who attended his own marriage back in May, as he’ll be seeing them again on Friday.
Both Chelsy Davy and Cressida Bonas are due to be in Windsor to watch Eugenie tie the knot.
Eugenie was actually the one who set up Harry and her long-time pal Cressida in 2012 and has remained firm friends despite their split.
Earlier this year, actress/dancer Cressida posted a tribute to Eugenie on the latter’s birthday, affectionately calling her "pooch face".
Artist Tracey Emin is an unlikely friend of Princess, with the pair bonding over being expats in New York back in 2013.
The women formed such a good friendship that Eugenie attended Tracey’s 51st birthday party in 2014, as well as interviewing the artist for Harper Bazaar’s magazine the same year.
Other famous names expected at the big day include TV presenter Natalie Pinkham, entrepreneur Poppy Jamie and Sir Richard Branson’s children Holly and Sam Branson.
