Former “Real Housewives of New York” star Kelly Bensimon is making moves in the real estate world.
Bensimon, 51, has joined Douglas Elliman real estate group, Page Six has exclusively learned.
“I feel very lucky to have such a diverse client base, and now I have the advantage of breadth of experience with Douglas Elliman,” she said. “They are the strategic partner in all of my real estate endeavors.”
Bensimon started her real estate career last year with Warburg Realty.
The mom of two, whose resume also boasts editor stints with Elle Accessories, Hamptons and Gotham magazines, will be specifically teaming up with the Holly Parker team within the real estate group.
“We are excited to welcome the smart, talented and very accomplished Kelly Killoren Bensimon to the team,” Parker said. “With her abundant network, we are certain she will be a valuable asset to the team.”
We’re told she’s already gotten down to business and will bring an exclusive downtown listing to market soon.
Earlier this year, Bensimon, who is also an author, told us that life post-Bravo has lead to several opportunities and partnerships.
“I’ve worked with so many people in so many capacities and the biggest takeaway from that is trust,” she explained. “So when I branched out into other opportunities especially in the real estate market, people trust me.”
Bensimon was on “RHONY” from 2009 to 2011.
