First poster out! Zaheer Iqbal’s loving gaze at Pranutan Bahl makes us wish for that special Notebook on love – view pic

A while ago, Salman Khan had announced that he would be soon launching Zaheer Iqbal who is the son of the superstar’s childhood friend Iqbal. The film has been titled Notebook and will be directed by Nitin Kakkar. Notebook will also mark the debut of Pranutan Bahl who is veteran actor Mohinish Bahl’s daughter and needless to say, we are all waiting for it. And seems like someone up above has listened to all that and more cause the actor/producer has just shared the first poster on Twitter and it’s has an old world charm to it.

He took to the social media platform and wrote, “Bina mile kabhi pyaar ho sakta hai? Introducing @PranutanBahl & @iamzahero in this unique love story directed by @nitinrkakkar #Notebook, releasing 29th March 2019, trailer out on 17th Feb. @SKFilmsOfficial @Cine1Studios @MuradKhetani @ashwinvarde @TSeries”

Even Zaheer took to Instagram to share his euphoria along with the poster and wrote, “Presenting to you the first chapter of our #Notebook… Pehli har cheez yaadgaar hoti hai, pehle yeh sirf meri thi, ab aap sabki hai ❤? Trailer out on 17th Feb but for now here’s our first poster, tell me what u think… @beingsalmankhan @pranutan @nitinrkakkar @skfilmsofficial @cine1studios @muradkhetani @ashwinvarde @tseries.official

While Pranutan is clearly overwhelmed and put “First film, first poster..Everything is special today? Excited and thrilled to share the first chapter of our #Notebook ❤️ Hope you all like it!! Trailer out on 17th February??❤️❤️” as her caption to another post. She had earlier opened up about her dream debut and expectations and had said, “My parents have taught me to be honest to my work. I know that there will be certain expectations. I promise to work hard to garner the same love and admiration that the audiences showered on my grandmother and father.”

Been struggling with this caption since a week … don’t know where to start … From giving clap for your first shot to completing an entire film together … Very rarely do u go through SOOOO much with a person in such a short amount of time … 3 months of workshops , 2 months of shoot , innumerable fights, shit loads of laughter, always standing up for each other, troubling u, manaoing u, teaching u, learning from u, a million of the exact same meals, gymming, rehearsals etc etc etc … it’s been a long and “INTERESTING” 🤣🤣🤣 journey … We met each other through this beautiful film #Notebook … and rest as they is… History, Geography, definitely ‘CHEMISTRY’🕺🏻❤🕺🏻 And ofcourse #Maths (INSIDE JOKE) which everyone will get once they see the film. The 2 months in Kashmir we complimented each other’s strengths, craziness, moodswings, fears, hopes and much more. Pranutan, you are… My 1st Heroine My 1st CoActor My 1st CoLearner Of my 1st Film ever And these are just the few obvious reasons why you will hold a special place in my heart forever!!!! Thank you for everything 🤗❤🤗 May the ‘Notebook’ start the most enriching chapter of your life!
